We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2021, at the age of 48, Melissa Austin of West Monroe, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Beth Barton. She is survived by: her father James "Jake" Barton of Brevard, NC; her husband Nicholas Austin of West Monroe, LA.; her children, Kolby Laughter, Brandon Austin, Caleb Austin and Shelby Laughter; and her brother James Barton (Josh). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
