She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmert Bell and Lauretta Bell; and her siblings, Jack Bell, Lester Bell, Clarence "Bill" Bell, Bobby Bell, Mildred Parker and Juanita Asay.

She is survived by: her husband Joe Overturf; her sons, David Overturf (Kathy), Gary Overturf (Karen) and Rick Overturf (Lynell); her grandchildren, Sarah Leech (Charles), Matt Overturf (Courtney), Lindsay Overturf (Shayla), Taylor Overturf (Jennifer), Steven Overturf, Erin Norris and Will Norris (Clesi); and her great grandchildren, Landon, Andi Leigh, Tyler, Silas, Jonathan, Gracyn, Riley Grace, Luke and Brooks.
