She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Joe Ford and Esther Adeline Slaughter; and her siblings, Margie White, Charles Ford, Marilyn Thompson and Tommy Ford.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Smith and Berry Monk; her siblings, Cecil Ford, Vernon Ford, John Earl Ford and Kathy Simpson; her grandchildren, Buffie Mann (John) and Christina Adkins (Kevin); and her great grandchild Hailey Mann. She is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family and friends.
