She is survived by: her children, Clayton Odell McCarty (Judy) and Emma Gail Covington (David); her daughter-in-law Linda McCarty; her nephew Don McCarty; her foster daughter Angie Mitchell (Evalynn Kirk); her grandchildren, Amanda Patrick (Rusty), Jessica McCarty (Michael), Susie McClain (James), Brandi Battaglia (Joey), Aubrey Carpenter (Meg), Jennifer Weaver (Jeremy), Marissa Hemphill (Tiff) and Danielle Sutherland (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Emily Mims (Tyler), Caleb McManus (Audrey), Hannah Battaglia, Joseph Battaglia (Livv), Jacob Weaver, Makalen Carpenter (John) and Jackson Weaver; her grandchildren, Rosemary Battaglia, Andrew McClain, Natalie Battaglia, Allie Prince, Jailey Weaver, Jessa Hayes, Averi Hayes, Maddox Hayes and Bentley Sutherland; and her great great grandchild Jakalen Carpenter.
