She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Shine" Murphrey and Louise "Lucy" Ogletree Murphrey; and her brother George "Bub" Murphrey, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Worthy (Chad); her grandsons, Michael Worthy (Micah) and Andrew Worthy; her great grandchild Maverick Worthy; her sister-in-law Donna Murphrey; her nieces and nephews, Timothy Murphrey, Shane Murphrey, Brennan Burch, Amy Bordovsky and Darcy Heard; and her close friend Gary Martin.
