She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde E. Gandy; her son Michael Lane Gandy; and her sister Marguerite B. Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Gandy; her daughter-in-law Candace Gandy; her grandchildren, Casey Gandy Brown (Kenny), Nathan Gandy (Amanda) and Audrey Gandy Trisler (Tyler); her stepgrandchildren, Tia Hexom and Nathan Hexom; her great grandchildren, Anna Claire Hemphill (Spencer), Logan Brown, Cade Brown and Zoe Gandy; her great great grandchild Ainsley Brown; and her brothers, Alvin Bramlett (Gloria), Alden Bramlett (Mary Ann) and Perry Bramlett (Susan).
