He was predeceased by: his parents, H. W. "Doc" Martin and Dorothy Patrick Martin; and his brother Terry Allen Martin. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Stephanie, Kristina and James Wheeless; and his sister Patricia Swedenburg (Keith).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Griffin F. H. (911 Warren Dr, West Monroe, LA 71291). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
