She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Woolsey and Bobbie Woolsey; her mother-in-law Eva Chappell; and her grandson Casey Chappell. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Heather) and Christopher (Kim); her husband Keith Chappell; her grandchildren, Madison, Dylan, Zach, Cassey, Riley and Cayden; and her siblings, Darla Cash, Carolyn Jackson, Barbara Jeselink and Robert Woolsey, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society Adoption Center of Monroe or your local animal shelter.
