She is survived by: her children, Antoinette "Toni" Mullins, Kimblea "Kim" Smalling (Eddie Ray) and Michael "Mike" Lowe (Rhonda); and her brother Paul Tolbird (Jeannie). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
