He was predeceased by: his parents, Atanacio Hernandez and Mary Hernandez; and his great grandchild Elijah Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Hernandez; his children, Michael Hernandez (Patti), Shane Hernandez (Tonya), Rhonda Goffinet (Drew), Sandra Myers (Casey) and Sheryl Benton (Buddy); his brother Felix Hernandez; and his sister-in-law Syble Rea. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
