She was predeceased by: her husband Peter West Jr.; and her parents, Monroe Crowder and Lucille Crowder. She is survived by: her children, Stephen West (Linda), Richard West (Gail) and Cathey Copeland (Johnny); and her grandsons, Matt West, Brian West, Josh Copeland and Jordan Copeland. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
