She was predeceased by: her parents, Methodist and Margaret; her son James Adams Truly, Jr.; her siblings, Charles R., Julia McLean Williams and William Paul McLean; her sister-in-law Jo McLean; and her grandchild Crystalyn Henson.
She is survived by: her husbands, Hoover and James Adams; her daughters, Karen Truly Long (Randall) of Vestavia Hills, AL and Rebecca Truly Stuart (Thomas) of Springhill, FL; her daughter-in-law Susan E. Truly of Hammond, LA; her grandchildren, Rebecca Long Anderson (Kevin), Randall McLean Long and James Adam Sydnor; her great grandchildren, Lance Drouet, Lauren Drouet, Lorie Lofquist (Jeff), Brad Lofquist and Halley Lofquist; her siblings, Ruth McLean Turner (Bob) and James A. McLean; and her sister-in-law Lynne McLean. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
