She was predeceased by: her parents, Nell Jones Guice Broadway and W. E. Guice. She is survived by: her husband Gary Wayne Lewis; her son Anthony Jason Lewis (Rachel Colvin); and her sister-in-law Dency Blackmon (Larry E. Blackmon). She is also survived by one great-niece, four great-nephews and numerous cousins.
