It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorraine Barnard (West Monroe, Louisiana), who passed away on July 1, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Neal O'Rear and Eula Arlyn Maddox O'Rear. She is survived by: her children, Brian Barnard (Buff) of West Monroe, Jason Barnard (Mary) of West Monroe, Amber Denton (Richard) of West Monroe and Jamette Tolbert (Robert) of Calhoun, LA.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
