He was predeceased by: his parents, Mandy May Hebert DeLancey and William Howard DeLancey; his stepmothers, Clemmie DeLancey and Lilly Mae DeLancey; and his siblings, Silvia DeLancey, Loraine DeLancey and Mike DeLancey.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Cora Blakley DeLancey; his children, Cheryl Darlene Rials (Tommy), Marion Daisy DeLancey Murray, Alice Deborah DeLancey Bell, Katherine Diane DeLancey Barfield, James Daniel DeLancey (Jerrye) and Richard Damon DeLancey; and his siblings, Beryl DeLancey (Pat) of Wilburn DeLancey, Janis Lowery and Rita Gayle Zuber. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
