He is survived by: his children, Terri Langley (Darryl), Connie Swanner (David) and Waylon Starr (Angie); and his siblings, Imogene, Henry, Donald, Wanda, Paul Ann, Billy Jean and Bobby. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
