She was predeceased by: her son Jack David Nichols; her parents, Alfred W. Rush and Lillian Lady Rush; and her siblings, Kenneth, Gilbert, Orville (Dude), Charles, Alfred Rush (Junior) and Mildred Rush Dupslaff.
She is survived by: her children, Kay Carter (Glen) and John Nichols (Karen); and her grandchildren, Lori Carter Rogers, Kandi Carter Talbert, Chris Carter, Jennifer Nichols Pesnell and Meghan Nichols.
