It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Gail McDaniel of West Monroe, Louisiana, born in Oak Ridge, Louisiana, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Woodrow "Sonny" McDaniel; her parents, Luster Stamps and Wilma Warton Stamps Gee; her stepfather Suey Gee; and her sister Mary Ann Stamps Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Edwards, Patrick "Pat" McDaniel (Misti) and Bro. Kevin "Mitchell" McDaniel (Stacy); her grandchildren, Megan Thrasher (Jerry), Kayla Cashion (Adam), Nicholas McDaniel, Ryan McDaniel, Jessica Benefield, Hunter McDaniel, Rebecca McDaniel, Stephanie McDaniel, Stephen Robert and Kenny McDaniel (Vivi); her great grandchildren, Colton Thrasher, Brooklyn Thrasher, Stormie Huffman, Braeden Cashion, Zella Cashion, Silas Cashion, Declan Cashion, Maybree Meadors, Eli McDaniel and Elliot McDaniel; her siblings, Anita Gee, William Gee, Harry Gee and Gene Wheeler; her close friends, Juanita Brannon and Jimmy Gill; and also, Jayden and Curtis.
