She was predeceased by: her mother Maxine Fondren; and her siblings, Gary Bloomer and Kathy Duffey. She is survived by: her husband Rodger Fulmer, Sr.; her children, Kim Watkoske (Dan), Shelley Swanson and Rodger Fulmer, Jr. (Melanie); her grandchildren, Madalyn Ludwig, Sam Regan, Hannah Watkoske, Kristin Watkoske, Kerri Watkoske, Dale Fulmer, Isabella Fulmer, Rhett Fulmer and Lane Sistrunk; and her brother-in-law Roy Lee Duffey, Sr.. She is also survived by one great granddaughter, Harbor, numerous nieces and nephews.
