She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Costello and Lottie Costello; her husband Walter Silmon; her brother Billy Ray Costello; and her stepson Steve Silmon.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Jeff (Amelie); her daughter Shelly Silmon Cohn (Jeff) of New Orleans; her granddaughters, Amelie and Skylar of New Orleans; her stepson Wayne Silmon (George Ann) of Shreveport; her grandchildren, Kim Williams (Kyle) of Baton Rouge, Jeff Silmon (Meredith) of Shreveport, Rachel Place (Chris) of West Monroe and Walt Silmon (Heather) of West Monroe; her great grandchildren, Jake, Josh, Jackson, Mary Francis, Caraline, Logan, Savoy and Campbell; her brother Robert Costello; and her sister-in-law Sheila Costello. She is also survived by six nephews and one niece.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Louisiana Baptist Children's' Home in memory of Linda.
