She was predeceased by: her husband T. W. Cox; her son-in-law G. G. Shinn; and her siblings, Mary Ruth Hazel (Tootsie), Odell and Hugh Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra C. Shinn, Tommy Cox (Doris) and Terry Cox; her grandchildren, Cindy Stone (Scott), Debbie Herrington (Blake), Nikki Rogillio (Ben), Angela Ossman, Casey Cox, Todd Calloura (Brandy), Jessica Antley (Micah), Kristen Mardis (Colby), GiGi Shinn, Curt Shinn, Chris Shinn, Cory Shinn, Craig Shinn, Sonya Tripp and Jeff Mercer; and also, Freckles and Bob. She is also survived by 20 Great Grandchildren and 8 Great Great Grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
