He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lavelle and Yvonne Diffey. He is survived by: the mothers of children, Misty King and Lashay Boyd; his children, Trace, Ethan, Caden Lowery and Kaitlyn Sandifer; his siblings, Timothy Oliver Lowery (Brandy), Sharon Clark and Tracy Lyle (Richard); his parents, Oliver Lowery, Sr. (Linda) and Dianne Tipton (Lonnie); and his nieces and nephews, Josh Clark (Robin), Ashley, Brian Antley, Taylor Tipton, Morgan Christy, Lane Lowery, Jaxon Clark, Olivia Tipton, Haleigh Head, Abby Dickey, T. J. Dickey, Samantha McKenzie, Autumn, Georgianna and Jolie Lowery.
