He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Boutwell and Sibyl Boutwell; his parents-in-law, Charles and Barbara Regan; his brother-in-law Ross Barfield; and his nephew Brian Barfield.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Regan Boutwell; his children, Darryl Boutwell (Melanie) and Dana Castine (René); his grandchildren, Jordan Boutwell, Sydnee Leslie, Sophie Leslie, Breanna Boutwell, Kadee Castine, Ashlee Praxaybane (Danny), Allie Chance, Mitchell Castine, Marie Castine and Nayah Praxaybane; his pets, Mattie and Roy; and his siblings, Barney Boutwell, Gloria Barfield and Debbie Milstead (Kenny). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
