He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie A. Waggoner and Gracie E. Willhite Waggoner; and his siblings, Jerry Wayne Waggoner, Robert Waggoner and Bonnie Waggoner Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Tanya Martin Waggoner; his children, Katrina Renee Waggoner Phillips and Kenneth Shawn Waggoner; his grandchildren, William Drago Durrett, III, Mary Kathryn Durrett and Victoria Grace Durrett; his brother Johnny Waggoner; his nephew Billy Wayne Waggoner; and his niece Jerilynn Davis.
