He was predeceased by: his grandparents, J. T., Geneva Taylor, Oren and James Kenneth Phillips. He is survived by: his parents, James Phillips and Kathy Phillips; his sisters, Jaime Phillips and Jennifer Phillips; his daughters, Alexis Canter (Beau) and Kaydee Grace Cook; his nephews, Gage Smith, Landon Smith, Cayden Wall and Ryder Trahan; and his great-niece Brynleigh Smith.
