He was predeceased by: his parents, William Upton and Pauline Upton. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Upton; his children, Jeremy Upton (Candi), Brian Upton (Sarah) and Brittney Jones; his grandchild Aria; his mother-in-law Barbara Fanning; and his siblings-in-law, Kim and John Fanning. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
