She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Fowler and Ruby Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Summers (Dan) and Chris Maciaszek (Laura); her former husband Joseph Maciaszek; her grandchildren, Sofia, Jacob Summers, Alexandria, Addison and Christian Maciaszek; and her siblings, Norma Kampe (Marvin), Virginia Slykhuis (Charlie) and Gary Fowler (Linda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
