She was predeceased by: her father Jewel Calhoun; her husband Arshal Brister; her son Jim Brister; and her siblings, Florice Young, Shirley Archibald, Marie Pilgram, Virginia Campbell, June Strange, Sherwood, Farris, Buford, Earl, John Calvin, Rushel and Mack Calhoun.
She is survived by: her sons, Macky (Dianne) and Tommy (Kim); her daughter-in-law Sandra Brister; and her siblings, Royce Calhoun and Ollie V. Tietje. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
