She is survived by: her sons, Jay O'Neal (Katy), Carey O'Neal (Deanie) and Bart O'Neal (Rock Gable); her grandchildren, Jay Thomas O'Neal, Jr., Floyd Mixon O'Neal, Casey Chappell O'Neal, Maggie O'Neal, Jesse Thomas O'Neal and Kathryn Raye Delgado; and her nephew Jack Stacy. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
