He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Tompkins; his parents, Richard Tompkins and Nizzera Luffey Tompkins; his sister Debbie Tompkins; and his brother-in-law Garry Gray.
He is survived by: his son Kevin Tompkins (Kristina); his grandchildren, Ben and Caden Tompkins; his siblings, Zina Ford (William) and Ricky Tompkins (Mary); his sister-in-law Cheryl Gray; and his pet Jazz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
