We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2024, at the age of 83, John Stevens Taylor (West Monroe, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Roye Parker and Augusta Leopold Taylor; and his brother William "Billy" Parker. He is survived by: his wife Lou Ella Taylor; his daughters, Stephanie Williamson (Dan), Angela Reeves and Paula Reeves; his grandchildren, Rachel Prestridge (Billy), Clayton Southern (Jessica) and Payton Richardson of Tyler Richardson, T. J; his great grandchildren, Eli, Baker, River Prestridge, Savannah Southern, Lainey Southern, Chase and Johnny; his sisters, Joy Winn, Brenda Marsala (Charles) and Ann Demoss (Russell); and his sister-in-law Linda Parker.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Louisiana Baptist Children's Home.
