He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Sue McMillian; his brothers, Wayne Blazer and Alex McMillan; and his parents, Acle McMillian and Dudley McMillian.

He is survived by: his son Jay McMillian (Susan); and his grandsons, Jacob McMillan and Ethan McMillan. He is also survived by four nephews, three nieces, and a host of extended family and friends.
