He is survived by: his wife Debra Matthews; his children, Joseph, Terri Matthews, Jonathan, Kimberly Matthews and Billy Keithley; his sister Sandra Matthews; and his grandchildren, Mathew Hicks, Asher Matthews and Maelyn Matthews.
