He was predeceased by: his son Scott Douglas Walthall; and his siblings, Arthur Walthall, Willie Sue Harpst, Ann Jobe, Eloise Knighten and Wilma Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Walthall; his daughter Donna Sawyer (Keith); his grandchildren, Kacey Nicole Waller, Kayla Howington (Adam), Zachary Scott Walthall (Amy) and Cody Durrett (Sidney); and his great grandchildren, Olivia Howington, Ava Howington, Thomas Scott Walthall and June Walthall. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
