It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Kvaternik of West Monroe, Louisiana, born in Rocky Branch, Louisiana, who passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Josip Kvaternik and Estella Kvaternik; his brother Billy Joe Kvaternik; and his pets, Jack Henry and Jill Monroe.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kvaternik; his children, Joe Kvaternik and Laurie Kvaternik; his grandchildren, Kellie Rose Kvaternik, Lindsey Kvaternik Polk, Trey Kennedy and Alex Powell; his great grandchild Boggan Polk; his sister Josephine Hicks; and his sister-in-law Betty Kvaternik. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
