He was predeceased by: his father James Isaac Worthington; and his daughter-in-law Kelly Worthington. He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Worthington of Olive Branch, MS.; his wife Lisa Worthington of Start, LA; his children, Dale Worthington (Christi) of Pocahontas, AR, Justin Worthington of West Monroe, LA and Kristen Buchanan Of (Jordan); his siblings, Curtis Worthington (Patricia) of Terrell, TX and Pam Branch (Darrell) of Olive Branch, MS; and his grandchildren, Skylar Buchanan and Tyler Buchanan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the climate of caution, masks and social distancing will be required during the visitation and services.
