He was predeceased by: his brother Curtis Wayne McAdams; his father Jerry D. McAdams; and his stepfather Jackie Ray Hayden. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Smith McAdams; his children, Kyle McAdams (Megan), Kody McAdams (Stephanie), Kara McAdams (Chris) and Sara Carpenter (Josh); his grandchildren, Makenzlie Johnson, Christin McAdams, Madden McAdams, Gavin Carpenter, Landyn McAdams, Kash McAdams, Paisley McAdams, Coltyn Pittman, Lakelyn Pittman and Lainey McAdams; and his uncle Dale Smith (Janice).
