He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Webster Culp and Mary Emma Johnston Culp; and his parents-in-law, Patricia Watson Scoggins and Lewis Aubrey Scoggins. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Scoggins Culp. He is also survived by niece and numerous nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
