It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremy Paul Hay of West Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on July 13, 2021, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Bertley Hay; and his sisters, Deidre Roberts and Joni Hay. He is survived by: his wife Tanya Hay; his mother Carol Hay; and his children, Tyler, Jordan, Madelyn, Chelsey and Courtney Hay. He is also survived by 4 grandsons.
