He was predeceased by: his sister Lorrie Ferrington; and his grandparents, Myrtle, Doc Eubanks, Louise and Raymond Humble.

He is survived by: his father Larry Eubanks; his sons, Lane Eubanks (Joslyn) and Logan Eubanks; his parent Gay Eubanks; his grandchildren, Aria Eubanks, Asher Eubanks, Kase Eubanks and Linley Layne Eubanks; and his pet Rebel Junior "RJ".
