She is survived by: her daughters, Trinity Smith, Teyanna Smith and Anita; her stepson Billy Smith; her sisters, Michelle Duchesne, Diane and Pauline Baum; her mother Beatrice Mueller; her stepfather George Mueller; and her nieces and nephews, Christopher Duchesne, Caleb Helfrick, Jase Baum, Priscilla Harrison, Clarissa Costello, Monica, Alexis Helfrick, Vanessa Helfrick, Cheyenne Baum and Stacey Patterson. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
