She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Rhodes Sr. and Josephine Dupree Rhodes; and her siblings, Betty Rhodes Soudelier, Roy Rhodes and Edward J. "EJ" Rhodes Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Darlyne Dorris Owen (Darryl) of West Monroe, LA; her siblings, Shirley Rhodes Dorris of Leesville, LA and Robert "Bobby" Rhodes (Hope); and her grandpups, Pluto, Daisy and Doc. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - West Monroe (300 McMillan Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Ouachita Parish Animal Shelter.
