He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Whitlock and Johnanna Wagoner Whitlock; his wife Elaine Whitlock; his siblings, Christine Hargrove and Melvin P. Whitlock; his granddaughter Erika Sutherlin; and his great grandchild Megan McQuillin.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Whitlock (Sharon) and Kim Hummel (Kurt); his grandchildren, Jessica Antley (Micah), Kristen Mardis (Colby), Ron Hummel, Alec Hummel, Nikki Albritton and Roger "Whit" Whitlock, Jr.; his wife Tammy Pate; his great grandchildren, Katherine McQuillin, Hunter Binns, Fisher Binns, Marlee Griffin, Whitney Beth Whitlock and Mason Mardis; his great great grandchild Norah May McDowell; his sister Laura Harrison; and also, Josh Pate and Tiffany Pate.
