It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janis Elaine Dupuy of West Monroe, Louisiana, born in Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on February 10, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Thomas and Amy Hubbard Thomas; her brother Ronney D. Thomas; and her stepdaughter April Dupuy Mizell. She is survived by: her husband Steve Dupuy of West Monroe; her stepdaughter Melonie Dupuy Greenhagen; her brother Jerry; her sister-in-law Sharron Thomas of Monroe; her sister Harriette; and her siblings-in-law, Fred Hall of Omaha, Stacey Holtzclaw (Tom) of Friendswood and Sonya Thibodeaux (Kelly) of West Monroe. She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and extended family.
