He is survived by: his wife Sandy Mills Pecanty; his children, Brandon Pecanty of Monterey, LA, James "Jamie" Pecanty of Monterey, LA and Tammy Faulkner; his grandchildren, Cassie, Tiffany, Jordan, Kierstin, Michael, Bryan Pecanty and Jolie Dyess; his great grandchild Willow Pecanty; and his sister Darlene Pecanty Davis.
