He is survived by: his wife Wanda Cook of West Monroe, LA; his children, Lacee Cook of West Monroe, Jack Cook Jr. of West Monroe and Clancey Cook of West Monroe; his sister Marie Cook Anderson of West Monroe; his stepchildren, Daniel Bruce, Randy Bruce and Brandi Bruce; his grandchildren, Elmer Cook, Suzy Cook, Penny Cook, Dash Cook, Comet Cook, Atlas Cook, Larry Hendrix and Lanee Hendrix; and his stepgrandchildren, Shelby Laster, Bailyn Bruce, Pachenz Bruce, Jannie Sealy and Jasmine Bruce.
