It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ingeborg Brigitte Armstrong (West Monroe, Louisiana), who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anton Gasteiger and Lidwilla "Lilli" Gasteiger; her significant other Melvin; her children, Shani Armstrong (Shaq Lister) of Desoto, TX and Tammi Armstrong (Mike Dizer); her stepdaughter JoElla Armstrong (Denver); her siblings, Ilse Würflingsdobler (Simbach) and Günther Gasteiger (Braunau); her sister-in-law Judith of Washington; and her daughter-in-law Norma Armstrong. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
