She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Lyde; her daughter Kathy Tornatore; her parents, Henry Thomas and Vera Thomas; and her siblings, John Thomas, Jack Thomas, Jessie Thomas, Margaret Sewell, Lavon Frazier and Marcelle Erickson.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Lyde (Gail), Wanda Welch and Lisa Morgan; and her sister Barbara Evans. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorials to be made to the Gideons.
