She was predeceased by: her husband J. C. Hernandez; her children, Chrys Hernandez and Cecily Fife; and her grandson Jacob Evan Fife. She is survived by: her daughters, Iris Hernandez Stevenson (Mark), Toni Hernandez Worsham (Roger) and Alexis Hernandez Ellis (Joey); and her sisters, Lucille Henson and Elizabeth Britt. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and one on the way; numerous nieces and nephews.
