He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Prentice Perry and Sarah Elizabeth Perry; his sisters, Betty Tucker and Fannie Clark; his wife Geraldine Perry; and his stepdaughter Charlotte Patton.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Milam (David), Mike Perry (Vicki) and Todd Perry (Stephanie); his stepchildren, Pat Nowell, Stanley Shumate and Tim Shumate (Peggy); his grandchildren, Kelly Bolden, Scott Milam (Lauren), Lindsey McConkey (Kyle), Jared Perry, Lauren Matthews (Wade), Grant Perry and Reed Perry; his stepgrandchildren, Lashea Patton, Robby Nowell and Tammy Foster; and his brother Herbert Perry (Carolyn). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
